manufacturing plant, implementation of site specific instructions and EHS manual, provide

protective equipment inspection, conducting safety audits, investigating and analyzing

2. Active monitoring of the Site for HIRA, Risk Assessment, JSA, and CAPA.
3. Check Work Permit, Radiography Permit, Excavation permit, STA, Fall Protection Plan, JSA, RA Sheet,
Critical Lift Plan, SDP, Validation of competent person, Gas cutting checklist, TPI of lifting of Tools and
tackles, Validation of Power Tools.
4. Maintain Document like Ladder inspection record, Scaffold Checklist, FBH Checklist, Welding machine
checklist, Electrical equipment periodical checklist, Fire extinguisher checklist, First Aid Box Checklist,
Monthly activity plan, Safety training report, STA Audit, Weekly Self assessment, Weekly statistics report,
ERP Plan, MSDS, ATS Compliance Report, Weekly& Monthly HSE Meeting, Contractor HSE Meeting .
5. Report Near Miss, Incident and accident investigation and follow up.
6. Conduct Training (WAH, Scaffold, Confined Space, FBH, Material Handling, Lifting and Rigging,
Electrical Safety, Behavioral Safety, Grinding) and Motivational program for worker and operator.
