Sypnosis The learner will be able to employ with competence and understanding an appropriate range of verbal and non-
verbal skills in a wide variety of specified situations; will also be able to interact with individuals, groups and/or
specified simulated audiences; be able to present and summarise a range of information, ideas, concepts and
opinions from a variety of sources.
