1. SIMPLE
A habital, repeated action for present and past
2. CONTINUOUS
Action in progress, at a specified time in the past, present or future
“to be” + vb -ing
3. PERFECT
An action which happens before a reference time in the past, present
and future
“to have” + IIIrd form of vb
4. PERFECT CONTINUOUS
An action which begin before a reference point in the past, present,
future and in progress
“to have” + “been” + vb –ing
