cours de cette période, les sujets répartis en trois
groupes ont bénéficié d’un programme d’activité
physique adaptée soit en renforcement muscu- laire,
soit en endurance, soit les deux. Dans les trois cas,
ce programme d’activité physique ne prévient pas la
perte de masse maigre, mesurée par IRM, liée à
l’amaigrissement à six mois, et ce quel que soit le
