I am a first-year teacher with a degree in special education, health, and history. I am pursing my
career in the secondary education levels sixth-grade through eighth-grade, in the Minidoka County
School District. I have aproximatly 80 hours teaching along side the staff at Minico High School,
and East Minico Middle School in Rupert, Idaho during my student teaching periods at the College
of Southern Idaho, and Idaho State University.

Substitute Teacher

January 2018 to Present
I watch and give instructions to classes while a teacher is out for the day. I help students with homework
and assignments when needed. I work with students from sixth-grade through 12th grade. I have taught
subjects ranging from art to math to pe and everything in between. My main focus while accepting jobs
was in the middle school area.

Receptionist
MC Fitness - Rupert, ID
November 2016 to April 2018
I set up new memberships and charge old ones. I check people in and out and address any broken
equipment or other object. I work with children. I clean the equipment 3 or more times a day to make
sure it is always clean and sanitary. I also watched the child care during the operation times for the kids
to come and play.

Skills & Abilities
MANAGEMENT
• I worked as a Shift Supervisor for about 3 months.
• I was the fundraising coordinator for the Spartan Dance Force, I also would do paper work for
our trip to Tennessee and the dance competitions we attended.
SALES
• I was in charge of making sales to pay for my dance through out high school with the very few
fundraisers that were given to us.
COMMUNICATION
• My communications skills are well, due to the newspapers and televisions I had appeared in
and did interviews with in the last 4 years, while I danced at Minico High School.
• I have worked in fast food for a long time, so my customer service skills have been well
practiced.
• LEADERSHIP
• I was a senior in the Dance Force, I helped girls be the best they could be and helped them to
develop the skills they needed to succeed not just in dance but in school as well.
• A night manager for Papa Murphy’s Pizza.
