    This document contains the results of permutation tests on three datasets - Alpha, Beta, and Tau. Each test was run with 10000 permutations to handle nuisance variables. The tests compare between (btw) and phase (phs) as factors, and in some cases their interaction (btw:phs). P-values are reported from both the parametric F-test and the permutation test. Beta and Tau show very small parametric and permutation p-values for the btw:phs interaction, indicating significant effects.
