The entire Management staff along with all of the residents and Board members at Phillip C.
Sims Senior Apartments would like to extend our sincere sympathy over the tragic loss of one
of our residents, Ms. Bernice Clark and one of our staff members, Mr. Kenneth Hall at the hands
of an unstable person. The well-being of our seniors is a top priority which is why we do have
preventive measures in place and will continue to update them regularly. We have doubled our
courtesy patrol shifts until further notice.

All staff members have been and will continue to be available to the families of both innocent
persons to help them through this extremely difficult time. There will be grief counseling
available to all our residents prior to and following the Thanksgiving luncheon being held on
Monday, November 19th.

We will get through this all together.
