Stripping tool and it’s functional parts(Please

refer to picture right side)
剥线工具及其功能件(如右图)
Handle 手柄
Adjustment tools: 2.5#, 1.5# inner hexagon Tool body 刀体
spanner.
调节工具：2.5 及 1.5 内六角扳手 Screw 调节螺钉

Blade1 刀片一
Stripping assistant tools: hacksaw, knife,
Blade2 刀片二
rasper, pliers.
剥线辅助工具：钢锯，小刀，锉刀，偏口钳
Adjust position of blade according to
stripping requirement:
Because there’s dimension distinction between different
manufacturers’ cables, if necessary please adjust the position
of blades.
Screw 调节螺钉
Blade1: adjusted by washer
Blade2: adjusted by screw (need 1.5# spanner)
Blade2 刀片
Washer 调整垫片
根据剥线需求调整刀片位置：
因为不同的电缆有不同的尺寸，因此需要根据剥线 (need 2.5# spanner)
需求调整刀片位置。
刀片一：使用垫片调节角度 Blade1 刀片一
刀片二：使用螺钉调节位置

Using electric drill

Remove the handle then insert the tool end into the drill
(Please refer to picture right side), and please use low spin
speed..

使用电动工具
拆除剥线工具的手柄，将剥线工具尾端插入枪钻（如右
图示）,同时注意使用低速剥线。

Cut off the cable and straighten the Please cut the cable by

Instruction
Press and rotate the handle until the
cable spins loosely in the stripping
tool.

线工具内空转。

If there’s dielectric on the

inner conductor, remove it by
knife.
Be careful NOT to hurt the
inner conductor.
Take out the cable.

取出电缆。 如果内导体外有一薄层
绝缘体，请小心用小刀
剥离。不要划伤内导
体。

Compare with the gauge on the tool -like this

and check whether the stripping size is
correct.

切割完毕后将电缆与剥线器的下端
标尺进行对比测量，以验证剥线尺
寸是否正确。
