I am writing in response to the advertised vacancy for cabin crew on the internet. The position
seems an ideal prospect in view of my extensive customer service experience, I now desire a
fresh challenge, with opportunity to capitalise on my interest in people, love of travel and flair
for serving others.

As my CV reflects, I am currently working as a hotel receptionist in Islantilla Beach, I assist

customers, book rooms, help with visual merchandising and handle transactions. The role
honed my team-working and customers service skills, increasing my ability to work accurately
under pressure. Prior to this I worked as a sales supervisor of an accessories store in Seville in
this busy store, I attended to customers ‘needs, advising them on products. I also supervised in
store displays, handled complaints and coordinated promotions. The role helped hone my
communication and interpersonal skills. Increasing my ability to handle difficult customers.

I believe I am suitable candidate for the position in view of my customer service background
