Smartphones and phone cases are intimately connected. Today, we'll look at a smartphone
industry analysis and the big potential outcomes in the smartphone case industry. Almost
everyone nowadays possesses a phone, and nearly all of them use phone cases to protect
their phones. Even if people do not update their phones on a regular basis, they do replace
their phone cases. As a result, I chose CASING MURAH RM18 as my business opportunity
and became a dropshipper. CASING MURAH RM18 is an Instagram-based phone cover
shop. This shop sells a variety of phone cases for a lot of phones. Young people and
students are my top focus demographic because they are a generation that is always looking
for phone cases with patterns that they like. On January 22, 2022, I begin operating a
dropship business using an online platform called Instagram.
 PROJECT DESCRIPTION – BEFORE ACTIVITY

CASING MURAH RM18 is the name of my dropship business. Phone cases are the
products that this store sells. This store sells a variety of phone cases in a variety of patterns
that can be used with most phones on the market, whether old or new. This shop also sells
really stylish and high-quality phone cases at very low prices. Most phones on the market,
including iPhones, Oppo, Samsung, Xiaomi, and others, can be used with these Phone
Cases. Phone cases come in a variety of patterns and styles, including anime, sports
brands, cartoons, flowers, and more. One of the reasons I decided to start a dropship
business with Casing Murah RM18 shop is that because I've seen that the current trend
among young people is to use phone cases with fascinating patterns. It's also because
nearly everyone has a phone nowadays, and almost everyone uses a phone case. People
tend to update their phone cases on a frequent basis, even if they don't replace their
phones. The youth and students are the target market that I will prioritise. This is because,
as I previously stated, this generation enjoys the trend of using phone cases with unique
patterns.

My dropship business is completely online. Whatsapp, Facebook, Instagram, and even

Telegram are among the platforms I utilise. All of these channels are where I conduct my
advertising for phone case products. Catalog is the tool I use to promote these phone cases,
but the Catalog I use is online. It works when I create a Telegram channel that allows people
to see all of the products and designs that I sell. This is a self-created online catalogue.
Customers can order right from the telegram by sending a pm to me. I would like to point out
that the benefits of dropship do not require the use of money; instead, simply marketing the
item can be profitable. Dropship does not need to keep stock, simply inform the agent of an
incoming order. All parts of postage are handled by the agent. My only responsibility is to
promote and take orders. Profit is determined by itself. For example, the price sold by myself
is RM 22, and the price at the business owner is RM 18, so the profit as my dropship is RM
4. It is really profitable for me because all I have to do is advertise, and the money comes in
without much work on my part.
 PROJECT OUTCOME – AFTER ACTIVITY

I managed to sell 5 phone cases throughout the week I served and ran as a dropshipper
selling phone cases. I made a total of RM100 in sales. I don't have a stock balance because
I dropship and everything is controlled by the agent. In one week, I was able to secure three
customers. In terms of service or attitude, customers who buy from me have a great attitude
and are easy to deal with. Maybe it's because I've only been in business for a week that I
only have three customers. However, I believe it is very important to do so more
passionately in the future. I have sold 5 phone cases, so I will get a profit of RM20. It is
because the profit is determined by itself. The price sold by myself is RM 22, and the price at
the business owner is RM 18, so the profit as my dropship is RM 4. Furthermore, because I
did not issue capital, I did not suffer any losses.

My business experience has taught me new things, such as how to run a business. When I
pushed myself to become a dropshipper, I learned a little bit about business. If we put in the
effort, doing business is enjoyable for me, and it's even more enjoyable now that I know how
to do it online. Alhamdulillah, I learned how to market a product on social media thanks to a
dropship agent. Being a dropship agent was initially the best option for me because I didn't
have to keep stock or even post products because I was a full-time student. Our agents are
in charge of everything. Even though the commission is little, I am glad and satisfied when
customers purchase the things we sell. I became a dropshipper for this Casing Murah RM18
online shop in less than a week, and I've dealt with a variety of customers, both positive and
bad. I was able to conclude early on in my business that the majority of my customers were
all fine Customer trust, in my opinion, is important in persuading customers that the product
or service offered is real and not a fake.

In my experience, It's satisfying to sell other people's goods. If there is an uncertain new
order, goods do not need to be stored. So I started up a dropshipping business. At the same
time, I don't have to worry about spending money on things initially; if a new order comes in,
I'll accept it. I also don't have to post the products because of the dropship concept. The
stockist or agent who posted on my behalf to the customer. Before this, I strongly believe
that business seems to be something easy, but I was mistaken and very mistaken because
to have a customer was challenging. When I went through that, I learned how tough it is for
me to do business.For example, because I don't have many contacts, when I advertise
goods on my WhatsApp status, only few people view and open the status. As a result, it's
very tough to find customers. I was entirely incorrect the entire time; I simply imagined that
through promoting, I would be able to attract customers, but this proved to be really difficult.
High expectations that do not match reality result in disappointment.

To summarise, I used to be afraid of strangers, uncomfortable interacting with people, and

finding it difficult to engage with strangers. Nonetheless, I set a goal for myself to do
business in the same manner as everyone else. I feel more optimistic after operating this
business, yet all kinds of negative phrases are shouted around while doing it. In reality,
those statements only served to increase my passion. I'm still afraid of being accused of
something, but when it comes to business, I focus on the end goal and avoid all distracting
ideas. Lastly, I will continue to do well in the future in business.
