- I joined FRNL and after a year started reviewing operational processes to improve
dwindling customer experience. I worked on numerous improvement projects for
9years before I moved on to start a process improvement firm with a friend in Lagos,
working with small businesses. I worked on various projects cutting across various
industries for 5years.
- I worked on a 3years project with the NPF Pensions on the improvement of the share
registration process, Dividends payment, investor relations.
- I worked on a property manager automation project, creating a digital platform for
improved customer experience and presently working on a platform for small business
service providers.
