ABSTRACT
Our main goal is to enhance teenagers’ creativity in solving problems. Teenagers nowadays are
not really interested in books which leads them to lack focus. They are too addicted to social
media which makes them lack creative thinking and social skills. Based on a finding, 85.6% of
teenagers use the internet and 29% of them are addicted to it (National Health Morbidity Survey,
NHMS, 2019). This can lead to mental health problems like depression and anxiety that could
decrease their social skills in real life. Thus, this innovation presents a baking class that aims at
teenagers. In this class, teenagers need to draw random ingredients from the spinning wheel.
With these ingredients, they need to come out with a menu that suits the suggested theme such as
Western or Asian. As we are currently in the pandemic, we faced a problem in conducting this
innovation face to face. As an alternative, we offer an online class for the teenagers to draw their
ingredients and they need to make a video that shows how they create the dish. Then, they will
post it on their social media. By doing so, they create a chance for some hawkers to sell new food
or the teenagers themselves can try to sell the dishes they have made. In conclusion, we can
already see the bright side of this activity for all communities in which they can unleash their
hidden potential and enhance their creativity through their ‘cook as you like’ cuisines.
