    between two Companies:

    A Brighter View

    A & C Professional Cleaning

    These two Companies are and operate completely separate


    from each other.

    Al Vargas, the owner and operator of A & C Professional


    Cleaning, has done work for A Brighter View as an
    independent contractor for many years. As of January 1, 2018
    A Brighter View no longer provides the Window Cleaning
    Services to Caliber Collision Center Carlsbad.

    Al Vargas will continue to provide such services to you as A &


    C Professional Cleaning.
