Panduan untuk mengidentifikasi masalah sistemik:

§  Masalah tersebut kronis dan terjadi berulang-ulang

§  Masalah telah terjadi cukup lama
§  Telah dilakukan upaya-upaya untuk menyelesaikan
masalah tsb., namun tidak berhasil sama sekali atau gagal
setelah seolah berhasil beberapa saat
§  Anda tidak dapat mengidentifikasi alasan di balik pola
perilaku (trend) yang terjadi
 Tugas Kelompok

§  Setiap kelompok mengidentifikasi satu masalah

sistemik yang saat ini terjadi di organisasi atau di
masyarakat;

§  Bahas masalah tersebut dengan menggambarkan:

–  Peristiwa (event) berulang
–  Upaya yang telah dilakukan untuk mengatasinya, dan
–  Tingkat kronis masalah;

§  Uraikan dalam paper 1-2 halaman.
