THIRD THE FINAL NOTICE OF TALAQ

Respectfully Shewth,

1. The undersigned was married with you (Faisal Gharfan Khan) on

22.11.2005.

2. That the relation between the supposes never remained cordial whereby
the undersigned decided to divorce you under the delegated power
,therefore, first notice of talaq dated 14.09.2018 was issued and send to
you through the registered post. Accordingly, Chairman union council No
23 ShadBagh was accordingly intimated through notice upon which you
were called upon to attend the arbitration proceeding and you did not
participate. Second Notice dated 15.10.2018 of talaq was accordingly
send but you did remained silently.

3. Now, the third and final notice of talaq is hereby sent to you and the
chairman Union Council No.23 Shadbagh is also intimated to proceed to
finalize the talaq proceeding and accordingly issued divorce Certificate.

This is the final third notice you are informed accordingly.
