Sir,

It is respectfully submitted that I have been allotted House No. 120-

Khushnama GOR-IV, Lahore on merit subject to vacation basis (copy enclosed).
After allotment, I visited the said house and found that the said house is located in
second floor.
2. It is respectfully submitted that my wife has already undergone five
times major surgical operations and it is not possible for her to use the upstairs.
Further that at present I am residing in House No. 56, Block-I, Wahdat Colony,
Lahore, which is an independent house, so it is not possible for me to shift in the
above said house, which is situated on the second floor.
2. In this regard, it is submitted that one of my colleague Mr. Arshad
Mahmood Baig, Additional Registrar, Lahore High Court residing in 11-C,
Shadman, Lahore is going to retire on 03.01.2022.
In view of the above, it is requested that by cancelling House No. 120
Khushnama, GOR-IV, Lahore, the above-said house to be vacated by Mr. Arshad
Mehmood Baig, may be allotted to the undersigned. Or in the alternative any other
independent or at least on ground floor official accommodation preferably in GOR-
II or GOR-III may kindly be allotted to the undersigned.
