In reference to the above captioned subject, we would like to inform you that we have
carefully studied, examined and verified the said landed property papers and documents
made available to us for our legal opinion. Accordingly, we need the flowing documents
for finalizing our legal opinion:

Wife of Md. Abdul Motalib and daughter of Late Ab. Halim & Jahanara Khatun, having
address at: House No- 282/1, South Goran (Near Shantipur Mosjid), Road No. 03, Post+
Police Station: Khilgaon, Dhaka.

02. Description of the property:

All that piece & parcel of land measuring 2.46 (Two point four six) Decimal [ as per
khajna & Dhaka City Jorip mutation] along with all structures have already been
constructed (if any) or to be constructed thereon, situated within District: Dhaka, Police
Station & Sub-Registry Office: Khilgaon, having J.L. No. C.S. 288, S.A.122, R.S... ,
Dhaka City Jorip No.04, under Mouza:Goran, pertinent to the Khatian Nos. C.S. 36;
S.A55, R.S.14, Dhaka City Jorip No.595 corresponds to Dag Nos. C.S. & S.A.195, R.S.
3592, Dhaka City Jorip Dag No. 3616 under Jote No. 71/21 vide Deed of Declaration of
Heba being no. 10330 dated 09.10.2011 standing in the name of Hosne Ara and by way
of inheritance from her father i.e. Ab. Halim. The said land is butted & bounded by:
