ITEM DESCRIPTION / MATTERS DISCUSSED ACTION

1.0 Introduction
The purpose of this meeting was to discuss about the materials that INFO
need to be bought for the project. The items required to be bought was
assigned to two of members. The meeting was held in the Library
Event Hall 2.
2.0 Confirmation of Minutes of the 4th “Transporter” Meeting
Held On 14th October 2015
The minutes were shared through social media and briefed INFO
through. The minutes was proposed by (MN) and seconded by
(JT).
3.0 Matters Arise
From the previous minutes, discussion among all members were INFO
held, two members were assigned for the task - to buy the items
required for the project. Followed by planning on how to start
building the product on week 9.
4.0 Matters For Discussion
The discussion between the group members were done materials were (JT) & (VL)
finalised. List of the items required were made.

4.1 Item chosen was a bicycle and team will proceed by disassembling ALL
the bicycle and use part of it as required.
 5.0 Adjournment
The meeting is adjourned at 2:00 PM by (MN) followed by
mutual agreement from all members.
