purpose of PROJECT is to implement and construct Pumping Stations, Tunnel (12 km with TBM), Tie-
in Stations and Pipeline Works (60" steel pipe) for Arafat To Taif WTS.

This programme is accredited by the Engineering Accreditation Council (EAC) and recognized by the
Malaysian Government. EAC is a delegated body by the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM) as the
only recognized accrediting body for engineering degree programmes offered in Malaysia.

This degree is also internationally recognised under the Washington Accord, a multi-national
agreement which recognises the substantial equivalency of engineering degree programmes

*Preparing necessary RCC element design
*Preparing and Updating Time-Location Diagrams,Linear Schedules by Using Tilos 9.0
*Preparation of Progress Payment Certificate
*Preparing S-Curve and Variance Analysing and Proposing Corrective Actions
*Preparation Daily / Weekly / Bi-Weekly / Monthly Reports, Look-Ahead Schedules
*Preparing and Updating Schedule by Using Primavera P6
*Monitoring and Reporting Schedule & Cost Progress and Performance Against Baseline
*Conducting Weekly / Bi-Weekly, Monthly Meetings for Monitoring Critical Path of the Project.
*Performing Schedule Risk Analysis Using PERTMASTER (Primavera Risk Analysis
