All applicants will be required to complete the following items:

1. Director Interview (to be scheduled)

a. Drum Major Interviews (10 minute intervals) – week of May 1 - 5
b. Other Leaders (10 minute intervals) – week of May 7 - 11

2. Typed paper on:

 Why the applicant is qualified for applied position
 The characteristics of a good leader
 What it takes to be an effective leader.
 If you are not chosen, how will it affect your participation?
 In your opinion, what ONE thing would you change to make marching
season better? As a leadership team member, how would you help
facilitate this change?

Drum Major Applications Due on April 30th, 2018 by 4:30pm

General Leadership Applications Due on May 7th, 2018 by 4:30pm

3. All applicants will be judged on current marching fundamentals

4. All applicants must play the audition etude showing their playing abilities

5. Everyone who is selected as a leader will attend a 2 day leadership training on July
19 & 20 from 9a-5p.
