from the business and family. (Wordquotient.com, 2016)

There are differences observed as far as the entrepreneurship qualities are concerned and
there are entrepreneurial qualities among women which make them better in business as they
are more focused and determined. Female entrepreneurs have the ability to manage all the
technical aspects and they are well educated in the recent times because they are aware that
they need to have the specific knowledge to manage important services. Majority of own had

focused in their lives as female entrepreneurs need to be more understanding. The out-dated
concept of women not being able to work well has drastically changed and women are
equally participating in different tasks related with work and business. The benefit of having
many women entrepreneurs tend to be fruitful and effective as women are able to manage and
handle all the tasks which are related with business perspective and also it ensures that

Women entrepreneurs are very well focused and also they tend to adapt many useful
strategies which help them to learn and experience new things. (Lowies A, 2015) The women
entrepreneurs are having the desired experience and they work more efficiently and the only
factor which makes the women to lag behind is lack of motivation and moral support from
superior officials which makes it difficult for people and also women to sustain in business.
The majority of age group in which women seek work is 35-40 as the women belonging to
such age groups tend to prefer to have spending considerable time at work which sometimes
