Marinating sauce
 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
 1 teaspoon Chinese cooking wine
 ½ teaspoon salt
Dip sauce
 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
 4 tablespoons water
 1 garlic clove
 1 tablespoon chopped green onions
 1 tablespoon sesame oil
