land with the TCT No. 2018005344 located at BO Tagbac Buhanginan
Brgy. San Jose Antipolo City is informing your good office that we are
consenting to the demolition of the infrastructure located in the said lot.
This is in pursuance to our compliance for the issuance of the Building
permit which we have previously applied before your office.
