This is has reference to the monitoring, data validation, assessment and mapping activities
conducted by the Housing and Land Management Division of the city’s resettlement project located
at Mercedes, Zamboanga City. Corollary, it was noted that the house/structure that you are
occupying were constructed on an area identified as Block 06, Lot 01 based on the approved
subdivision plan of the aforementioned resettlement project.

In this connection, please be informed that per records available in this office as per result of the
abovementioned activities, the house/structure which you, together with the immediate members of
your family and all those claiming rights under your name is “allegedly” the renter of Block 06, Lot
01 awarded in the name of SHERYL T. LEGARADE.

Furthermore, your acts of occupying said house/structure as renter is a clear manifestation of

defiance to the rules and regulations as enumerated to the deeds of restrictions following the
provisions of City Ordinance No. 268 enacted on April 28, 2005.
