    KMEM 4347 ENERGY AND ENVIRONMENT

    After the general election 2018 (PRU-14), Government of Malaysia has restructured and formed these
    three ministries to regulate energy usage and environmental issues while moving towards a competitive,
    sustainable and inclusive high income economy.

    - Ministry of Energy, Science, Technology, Environment & Climate Change (MESTECC)


    - Ministry of Water, Land and Natural Resources (KATS)
    - Ministry of Primary Industries (MPI)

    1) Please state the organizational structure, mission, vision and the role of each individual ministry.
    2) How does these three ministries link with each other for the regulation of energy and environment
    in Malaysia?
    3) If there is no such link as question above, suggest a new plan to ensure the regulation of energy
    and environment is done efficiently.
