What is a grid
portrait?

Why is it

● Save it under your name
● When you have picture you like

DAY 2
Draw a grid on your picture so that
there are three squares doing down
the top to the bottom of your picture
and four going across the sides.
Image: 6 by 8
Boxes: 2 by 2
Using a Ruler
1. Put a 11x17 piece of Draw Your Picture
Name: _________
paper on top of a 11x17
paper with the grid
already on it called
“Draw Your Picture”
2. Use tape on each side
to hold the papers
together.
Focus on the
lines first then
add shading
later.

When you
finish you can
color your
picture in with
color pencils.
