On-campus Dormitory Move-in Date
1. The dormitory will be available on February 11, 2018 and will not be reserved for
students who register one week after the semester starts.
2. Overseas Male Degree Program Students: New overseas students during the first
year of their studies (Undergraduates: first year of four-year, two-year upper division
programs and dual-degree program students; Graduate students: first-year master’s
and Ph.D. students), and Ph.D. students below the fifth year of study have top
priority for the assignment of bed space in the dormitory. Other overseas students
and local students must draw lots for any remaining bed spaces. (Fifth-year
undergraduates, third-year master’s students, and Ph.D. students in their sixth year or
above are not eligible to draw lots.)
3. Overseas Female Degree Program Students: New overseas students during the first
year of their studies, and Ph.D. students below the fifth year of study have top
priority for the assignment of bed spaces in the dormitory. The remaining overseas
students will be assigned bed paces according to the following order of priority:
second-year master’s students. If there are not enough bed spaces for all the
second-year master’s students, the bed spaces will be assigned according to the order
of priority by drawing lots. (Third-year undergraduates, third-year master’s students,
and Ph.D. students in their sixth year or above are not eligible to draw lots.)

Campus Tour (For Free)
Date: Tuesday, February 12, 2019
In order to help our new international students settle down in a short time, we arrange a
campus tour to welcome all of you. There will be 4 international student associations to
organize the tour. They are Indonesian (ISA), Vietnamese (VSA), Ethiopian (ESA), and
Indian (ICA). If you are from these countries, please refer to below agenda and make a
reservation if you want to join!
For those who are not from the 4 countries mentioned above, the local student club-
Association of International Affairs(AIA) will be with you and take you to explore more
into Taiwan Tech.
