– All students should wear proper attire as indicated in the student manual when inside
the classroom.
– All students are only allowed to have absences during the prelim to midterm not
exceeding 20% of the total class (lecture and laboratory ) hours for her/ him not to be
dropped in the course. Students who are late beyond 25% of the total class hour is
considered absent for that schedule.
– Special quizzes and exams will only be given to sick students with excuse letter
submitted prior or during the schedule of the class and with corresponding medical
certificate.
– Students are directed to put their phones in silent mode before the class starts and
they are not allowed to use their mobile phones during lectures.
