Junior Chefs Academy
The Junior Chefs Academy is sponsored by Harrison Catering, and is supported by the
Royal Academy of Culinary Arts and the Craft Guild of Chefs. The courses are aimed
at Year 9, 10 and 11 students, and provide a great start for those interested in a career
in food and culinary arts. The courses last for 10 weeks, and are delivered on Saturday
mornings from 9.30am to 12.30pm (Cake and Bake – Tuesdays 5 – 8pm).
All classes cost £10 per session.

• Basic culinary skills, including garnishing and presentation skills

Overview
LCM Junior College is a performing arts department
that has a history of 60 years providing expert tuition
for in excess of 150 students aged 5-19. Performance
is at the heart of learning and students can perform

London College of Music Examinations offers qualifications in music, drama and
communication, through a worldwide network of exam centres.

Exams cover a wide range of classical, jazz, pop/rock and traditional music subjects.
