NPO-Engineer/ Planning
Responsible for transmission in Mediterranean area, Cuyo, Argentinian Northwest (NOA) and
Paraguay (PY) in 2G and 3G technology.
Responsible for the planning of transmission for the ENB's in all the LTE network from
Argentina, Paraguay and Uruguay property of Claro.
Tasks of planning of configuration A-Bis (2G), 3G nodes (Full IP, Dual Iub and Path Selection)
and LTE nodes.
Configuration of transmission plans to enable Ran Sharing with Movistar.

 I took the initiative to support the node’s integration, which got a successful response and left the
costumers satisfied.
 I improved the planning process, developing tools based on programs easy to use as Microsoft
Excel in order to improve the daily tasks.
 I realized for the first time plans of transmission to RAN-Sharing configuration with Movistar,
whose application was successful.
 I became a key part of the team in a short period of time and the Team Leader's right hand,
leading the team to its maximum fullness and performance, where all the planner felt
comfortable and at ease with their roles.
