1. Labeling and Explanation
2.1.Structure
This equipment consists of upper case body, mid body, lower case body, dust discharging
device and dust cleaning & jetting system. Refer to fig.1.

then enter the dust discharging device. At last, the a.b. dust discharges out via air
lock, thus periodically dust cleaning by pulse air jetting, the purified air pass the dust
collector which assure to operate normally.

Note: The amount of air consumption for cleaning dust is calculated according to
the jetting period (T=60~120S), jetting time (t=0.2s), and the amount of air
consumption of each jetting).

4、Selection Tips
4.1. The choice of the velocity of air filtering depends on the dust character;
4.5. This equipment is not suitable for the air disposal contained corrupted dust with high tem.
and high humidity.
5. Technical Remarks
5.1. Separately check, clean each driving parts before assembling the integral equipment, and
add oil into the air lock.
5.2. The spiral section should be cleaned before trial operation of driving section (air lock or
dust discharging screw), check if there is impurity in the machine. After thoroughly cleaning,
start the reducer, and check and eliminate all defects. Be sure that its normal operating time
shouldn’t be less than 8 hrs.
5.3. The rigorous test should be made to each part to the air jetting system. i.e. joint the air
source after assembling air bag and solenoid valve, and during the test of proof , pressure should
be 0.5~0.7MPa。
5.4. The adjustment and test of the air jetting system should be taken under the condition of
holding the pressure of 0.5~0.7MPa.

5.5.2. Open the controlling device, and joint its output wire to the relative cable according to the
sequence displayed by digital. After affirming solenoid valve’s action by the sequence without
error, wrap each joint with the isolated adhesive plaster.
5.5.3. Adjust 2 of knob to output the accurate pulse signal. The procedure displayed in digital
tube should be no turbulence (see also the manual instruction).
5.5.4. The qty. of solenoid valve should be matched with the output circuit of the controlling
device.
5.5.5. The action of the solenoid valve should be flexible and reliable. After electrifying current,
its sound should be clear and no turbulence.
5.5.6. The air jetting time of each solenoid valve should be in accord with opening extent.
5.6. After installing equipments, if necessary, add the inspecting & repairing platform, in order
to maintain and repair the jetting system and to replace bags.
5.7. When operating during each time, firstly start the air compressor (30 min. ahead of time).
Until air pressure is up to the definite volume (0.5~0.7MPa ), start airlock, screw feeder and pulse
controlling system, and start fan after 5 min. The sequences of stopping machine: first stop fan,
and stop air compressor after N min. (the N ≥ 2 of jetting period). Until the pressure is
dropped to below 0.3 MPa, shut pulse controlling system, screw feeder and airlock.
5.8. The adjusting throttle valve should be fitted with the air inlet pipe of equipment. Shut the
a.b. valve before starting fan; Open the throttle valve again after fan’s normal operation.
5.9. The air & water separator should be mounted before air bags, whose normal operating
pressure should be 0.5~0.7MPa.

6、Maintenance
6.1. The broken bags should be replaced in time. If dust is found around the outlet, it indicates
some bags are broken or the clips are loose. In this case, stop the air lock first, and then open the
inspecting gate. Start the jetting system, carefully observe and check the broken bag and replace
it.
6.2. The disassembling and assembling of bags’ frame: When disassembling, slightly prop the
frame upward and rotate it anticlockwise; Similar to assembling.
6.3. The upper cover and seal gasket of the inspecting gate should be checked periodically
6.4. Sewage should be discharged 1~2 times from air bags of the filter and dust collector each
shift, and be cleaned.
