BRAIN DRAIN OR BRAIN GAIN?

What is BRAIN DRAIN? Read the definition from the Macmillan Dictionary:

country in order to make more money or to improve their living or working conditions

Do scientists and highly qualified employees leave your country in search of well- paid jobs

abroad? What countries tend to lose their skilled labour? Do you think local governments can

prevent brain drain?

Before anything else you need to have self-confidence to be able to do anything without
problems.

Because this way it is more practical to verify if the staff to whom the opportunity of the stay

is opened is audacious.
