1. Cook all the grains
2. in a pot but the butter, aciote, salt, cumin, and the grains with their juice and
cook
3. add bacalao and the milk, cook until fish is cooked, ad the cream
5. this dish you should serve with pattys, hard boiled egg and riped bananas
