The candidates for the National Assessment in Computer Systems Servicing NC II goes through the four
core competencies of the qualification, namely: Install and configure computer systems; Set-up
Computer Networks; Set-up Computer Servers; Maintain and Repair Computer Systems and
Networks. The assessment is composed of a written exam (Diagram Illustration), Demonstration (
Actual Setup and Configuration) and Oral Interview.

It is possible for a candidate to finish all four COCs in a day specially if he/she already has a strong
background in computer networking and servers. If a candidate is only able to perform 1, 2 or 3 out 4
COCs, he/she will still be given a Certificate of Competency for every COC he/she accomplished. He/she
can then continue to take another schedule of assessment to accomplish the remaining COC/s that
he/she was not able to accomplish during the previous assessment.

Assessment results are given on the same day.

The TESDA COMPUTER SYSTEMS SERVICING NC II Qualification consists of competencies that
