End User License Agreement
• As of now, Cognizant FTEs and Customer FTEs can access/use PLATINUM without paying any extra cost as long as
Cognizant AIM is actively engaged with customer (as long as SOW for that project is active)
• Offshore Cognizant associates - can use Platinum directly by installing it in Cognizant machines
• Onsite Cognizant associates - can use Platinum directly by installing it in client machines/Cognizant laptops. BUT have to ensure that
customer teams or other non-Cognizant folks DO NOT access it.
• 2-3 Cognizant associates will perform a PLATINUM POC for the accepted requirements and the same will be completely tested before
scaling it up for more users and/or Customer FTEs
• Customer Full time employees (FTEs) CAN USE PLATINUM provided they accept the E-Agreement that comes with the
product as Click-Through agreement. No license fee will be levied.
• Other contractors/3rd party vendors CAN USE PLATINUM provided they sign up for the EULA and Customers pay an annual
license fee for these users subject to approval from Cognizant legal
• Product will be shared to users only if the customer unique identification such as E-Mail Address or Username are shared prior to the
installation.
• Named user license is limited to use by user on such designated computer for the duration of the License, which is controlled by the
license key code for the Software. License keys are supplied to the unique registered users only.
• This Agreement and the license granted hereunder shall terminate automatically upon expiration or termination of Cognizant’s
provision of the Applicable Services and Licensee shall cease all use of and return to Cognizant all copies of the Software upon such
termination.
• Whereas the contract can be extended and Product can be in usage after lawful termination between parties, provided the customer
using the Cognizant IP are ready to incur the charge appraised by Cognizant. Pricing and licensing will be mutually agreed during the
time of termination
