JFIBG170063 dated 26-06-2018.
Sub:- Request notice for grant of instatements at the rate of rupees
on lakh per month for complete payment by the end of June 2019– Rg.
Under the instructions and on behalf of my client Sri.O.G.Papi
Reddy S/o of Sri.O.Rami Reddy H.No.9-71 Obulavaripalle town post &
Mandal, Kadapa District, I herely issue this request notice to you Nos.1
and 2 with the following facts.
1. My client is liquor shop owner running his liquor business in
Obulavaripalle Town post & Mandal, in Kadapa District. My client
deposited Rs. 1,75,000/- in the bank of you No.2 and that you No.2 gave
bank guarantee to the extent of Rs.11,25,000/- to the excise department
and paid that amount to excise department. You No.2 issued the legal
notice on 26-06-2018 to my client by demanding to pay the bank
guarantee amount Rs.11,25,000/- with interest failings which you No.2 is
going to file civil suit in Tribunal/Court at Hyderabad.

2. Now the liquor business has become unprofitable and liquor

sales have fallen to the lowest level due to demonetization of currency.
So my client is unable to pay the Bank guarantee amount of Rs.
11,25,000/- with interest as demanded by you No.2. My client is able to
pay Rs.1,00,000/- per month and the entire Rs.11,25,000/- with interest
will be fully paid before the end of excise year i.e 30-06-2019.

3. The financial position of my client has become very weak and

not in a position to pay entire amount of Rs.11,25,000/- at a time as
demanded by you No.2. You Nos. 1 and 2 have to show mercy on my
client to pay Rs.1,00,000/- per month and the entire full amount will be
paid by the end of June 2019.

4. Hence please take this request notice and that my client is

requesting you Nos 1 and 2 to show mercy on my client and grant
installments at the rate of Rs. 1,00,000/- per month and discharge entire
Bank guarantee amount of Rs.11,25,000/- plus interest thereof on or
before 30-06-2019 for meeting the ends of Justice.
