 ABSTRACT
The project entitled “SELF HELP GROUP MANAGEMENT
SYSTEM” aims at to make the survey process of any agency very easy. The survey
collecting system is designed by keeping in mind both parties, the employees working
on the data collection section and the administrator of the agency conducting the
survey. This application is used for providing various services to the users including
the data collection, recording and report preparation. The surveyors will handovers the
collected details to the employee of data entry section and that employee will enter the
collected data to the system. The coordinating officials will be responsible for
managing the duties of employees, evaluating entries made by the surveyors and can
make any updates in data if reported. Under the current system surveyors collect data
visiting each house and record details handwritten in survey record book. Keeping
those books safe for long is so difficult. The collected details are submitted to data
entry officials and are fed into computers by them into software’s like MS Excel. It’s
difficult for evaluation of data and making since the data is bulky.
