¤  Length of presentation for each MT : 60 minutes

(30 minutes presentation; 30 minute Q & A)

¤  In this session will be attended by:

Mentor & Evaluator

¤  Minimum requirement to do presentation: mentoring with Mentor 3 times

(for proposal presentation), 5 times (for final presentation)

- Ideal Condi?on (based on MT knowledge and refer to Company

- Gap Analysis

 Proposal Presentation

Project Proposal should be defined based on Field Assignment #1 Analysis

B. Project Presenta:on
1.  Reason in choosing one of those alterna?ve solu?ons from Field
Assignment Analysis (background)
2.  Define Target (SMART)
3.  Improvement Proposal
Consist of :
•  Structure Organiza?on Project
•  Flow Process
•  Time Table completed with ac?vity plans & deliverables (refers to IPP
form)
•  Risk Management
•  Cost Benefit Analysis
