Hello Lola,

How are you? I hope you are fine. Thanks for your last e-mail. I would like to speak with you face
to face but it is impossible for us, so we have to be in contact by e-mail. We have to speak about
the next meeting.

First, I have to say that we must change place for meeting so we have met in Paris three times
in the last five year. Before, we usually go each year to different countries around the world, for
example, in 2013 we were in Italy and in 2014 in Russia. I have been talking about this with the
other Spanish delegate, Juan, and we have decided to go to Spain this time. We have decided
this place because we believe that is a beautiful place with a great climate. We want to
recommend Spain and if you are agree then, we will go there.

On the other hand, you have proposed do it on 6th of December but this date is horrible for my
Company because we have other meet on 5th of December. Therefore, we have to change the
date so this meet will be in England and we will be so tired whether we will flight to the next day
to Spain.

Nevertheless, when you speak of that with your bosses we will discuss about this.
