The dormant status of PASOA organization in the local area in the past three years has been felt by
everyone of us. I have seen that this concern was not given attention by the previous PASOA officers,
perhaps, in any any reason they withheld. However, we cannot remain as is and we cannot move on
to our goal unless we create productive steps to revive the organization.

In our interest to strengthen the organization, it is a better move that PASOA organizations in Negros
Occidental level would collaborate in its local activities. For this, may I propose the local
establishment of PASOA organization to :

1. Connect with the local sections in the different colleges in Negros Occidental.

2. Reinforce the relevance of BSOA course to future employment.

3. Allow students in BSOA to cultivate their interest in this chosen field.

4. Expand students’ leadership skills by conducting demonstrations, community outreach programs,

and other activities.

5. Access to selected BSOA activities and projects.

6. Participate in a nationwide network of PASOA.

To strengthen our ties, it is my fervent hope that this proposal will be approved by our respective
school heads and program chairpersons. Your quick response will permit us to place the local
organization ready for the election of local PASOA officers very soon. You may contact me through
