The external communication system has this/these subsystem(s):
· OnBoard Mobile Telephony-System (Ref. AMM D/O 44-34-00-00) .
2. System Description
A. The On-Board Mobile Telephony System
The OnBoard Mobile Telephony-System lets passengers use their own mobile phones for voice and data
services during the cruise phase of a flight.
The system provides the following services:
· Telephone voice service
· Telephone data service (GPRS, SMS)
· Telephone supplementary services.
