    Greetings!

    School-based management (SBM) is a strategy to improve education by transferring significant


    decision-making authority from state and district offices to individual schools. Through the
    involvement of teachers, parents, and other community members in these key decisions, SBM
    can create more effective learning environments for children.

    In this regard, may we request your good office to allow us to get some pertinent documents
    which are related to School -Based Management to be used in the validation.

     Copy of the Barangay Budget plan reflecting allocation for the school

     Barangay Assembly Report

     Copy of Minutes of the Meeting with the Barangay Officials and School Working/Planning
    Team

     Letter of invitation from Barangay

     Financial disbursements of the fund provided by the barangay

     Copy of minutes from the barangay secretary

     Letter of invitation for the school head to attend budgeting and planning coming from
    barangay council
