How to Capture Wireshark LOG(B2368)

1 Confirm the PC connect the CPE is ok and the CPE
get the LAN IP is ok.

2 Install the patch “B2368_debug_hot_patch.dbg”

Select the commissioning hot patch B2368_debug_hot_patch.dbg file, then press “upload”.

Please get the commissioning hot patch from:

3 Open the wireshark tool and and choose

“Capture->Options”

4 It will pop-up a new window “Capture Interfaces”.

Click “Manage Interfaces” at bottom-right corner.

5 Choose “Remote Interfaces” tab, and Click “+” at

bottom-left corner.

6 Enter CPE’s LAN IP address, and port number. Port

23680 is pre-defined with debug plugin.

1. All available interfaces will be shown. Just choose

required interface to capture,
and then click “OK” at bottom-right corner.

Port Description:

LTE APN1: eth3

LTE APN2-4: eth3_2, eth3_3, eth3_4

LAN: br0

7 A new “rpcapd” interface will be added into

wiresharks interface list. Just choose it and start
capture.

The interface will be removed automatically from wireshark at program exit.
