Marketing Manager
 Expanding the marketing strategy for the business in line
with business objective.
 Encourages the optimum performance of its people and other
resources within the business.
 Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate
identity.

Assistant Marketing Manager


 Monitor and report on the efficacy of marketing
communications.
 Responsible in creating weekly schedules, ensure daily
operations, and planning or coordinating the business.
 Establish marketing success metrics.

Kitchen manager
 Prepares all the food in the menu.
 Responsible for quality control checks on finished goods.
 Handles duties assigned by the stall manager.

Bakers
 Responisble in preparing and making baked goods.
 Check products for quality and identify damaged goods.
 Operates ovens and grills, keeping your work surfaces and
equipment clean and sanitary.

Stall manager
 Prepares budget, sales, and reports for the organization.
 Recruiting, training, supervising and appraising staff.
 Dealing with customer queries and complaints.

Customer service officer


 Sell products and services
 Process orders, prepare correspondences and
fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.
 Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and
interactive communication with your customer.
