The time period is 18 months and budgeted cost is 20 Million PKR.

2. Home Services (8am to 11pm)

4. Good inventory management

Project Acceptance Criteria

1. Project will be accepted with variation of 3 months

2. Project will be accepted with variation of 0.5 Million PKR.
3. No Major Incidents neither fatilities
4. Revenue generated in 1st month is 15,000 PKR
5. All procured items have arrived

1. No return policy on items

2. No Masonary Services
3. No online services

1. Government Approvals
2. Scope (no additional services / items)
3. Availability of Human Resources (Electricians, Painters, Plumbers)
