Objectives:
By the end/during the laboratory our group will be able to:
Distinguish the different cooking hazards that we need to avoid inside the kitchen;
Identify each of our weaknesses and difficulties in doing tasks;
Develop the unity of the team and proper communication with each other;
Practice accuracy and effectiveness on all desired tasks;
Follow directions and be attentive enough to the leader’s orders; and
Evaluate ourselves and reflect about our performance of the activity.
