Formulation

1st Segment
1. Talc - 75 Kg
2. DPG - 2.500 kg
3. Propyl Paraben(PPHP) - 0.038 kg (38 Gms)
4. Methyl Paraben (MPHP) - 0.313 kg (313 gms)
5. Triclosan - 0.125 kg (125 Gms)
6. Perfume – Silver Tree - 2.500 kg

Process

A). Add Talc – 75 kg in to blender.

b). Take DPG 2.500 kg in vessel and heat DPG vessel in induction stove until the DPG reaches 40
deg.C . Measure the temperature using Thermometer.

c). Then add item 3,4,5,6 with DPG and mix it well.

d). Then weight some time for that mixture to reach Room temperature.

e). Add Perfume – 2.500 kg into that mixture and mix it well.

f). Transfer the mixture into Sprayer (using Funnel).

g). Now spray the mixture in Blender (talc we have already added refer step A.)

h). Run the blender 15 minutes time (the mentioned time was approximate. During online we need
to set the blending time depends on the material condition)
2nd Segment

1. Talc - 75 kg
2. Calcium Carbonate - 12.500 kg
3. Silica - 2.500 kg

Process

A). Add item 1,2,3 into blender.

b). Run the blender about 15 minutes.

c). after completion of blending process filter the material in siever.

d). Take some small qty and sieve this manually (for identifying residue)

e). Then add the sieved material into blender again.

3rd Segment

1. Talc - 79.524 kg

Process

a). Add item 1 into blender.

b). Now blend the full 250 kg batch for 15 minutes.

 After completion of blending process transfer the material to barrel and keep it in as storage.
 For every batch we need to collect 100gms sample and send this to M/s.Aravind Labratories for
analyzing.
 After getting conformation and result from there only we will start the next process which is
filling.
