This document summarizes an integrative project for a business producing oreo and lemon pie pastries. The project involved quantifying production processes, obtaining information from different departments, and determining if the product would be profitable. When creating the production process and obtaining costs, it was realized that materials and production were more expensive than anticipated. The product could not be priced too high for pastries. The project had to be done in batches since having excess inventory could risk materials expiring or other issues if sales were not as estimated. The project reinforced classroom learning about business processes and the author feels capable of applying this knowledge to real business problems.

This integrative project was about the creation of a company in which
we had to carry out the applied in the semester, this is what I mean with the process, in which we quantify the production processes, and obtain the information of different "departments" "Until you reach a final result to know if our product is generating a good profit, or is a good investment. These passwords pass from the purchasing department, to the sales, collection, and accounting department. We decided to make the company on "Pays" in this case we wanted to specialize in pays de oreo and lemon pie, since it seemed a product that did not require so much raw material and had minimal production costs, clearly at the time of making the project and be making the process we realized that the process could be more extensive due to GIF or materials that we had not contemplated.
When making the process and obtaining a cost of production, we
realized that the process and the material that is really needed is something expensive, we could not raise the price of the product so much since for a "pay" the cost can not be too high . This project had to be done by "order" since having a warehouse in our product could harm us if the sales were not estimated, since the raw material that is needed could reach its expiration date among other possibilities. This integrative project is a reflection of what I learned in class, and it was very useful to reinforce the knowledge about this subject, speaking in a general way about the subject was a class that I liked to take, and I had a good experience and I got completely new knowledge of which I do not have any doubts, and I feel capable of making a problem like these, as many of us already have a job, we can give an idea about the processes by which the company has to go to obtain a product.
