Organization. We hereby are submitting a commercial proposal for HMS.

The scope of this proposal limits to the commercial aspects of the project.

1. COMMERCIAL PROPOSAL FOR HMS (ENTERPRISE VERSION)

The cost of the Hospital Management System Software solution will be Rs. 55000/-
(Rupees Fifty Five Thousand Only).

The Software Solution consist of following modules:

Out Patient Management System (Integrated) 10000


In Patient Management System – Cash(Integrated) 12000
In Patient Management System – Credit (Integrated) 8000
Pharmacy Management System (Integrated) 7500
Investigations & Diagnostics Management System (Integrated) 10000

HRM(Integrated) 7500

College of Nursing (Integrated) 60000


Equipment Management System (Integrated) 12500
Utilities Management System (Integrated) 14500

Md Module (Integrated) 18000

Central Stores Management System (Integrated) 35000

The modules can be independently asked for with minimum of following basic
modules

a. Out Patient Management System (Integrated)


b. In Patient Management System – Cash (Integrated)
c. In Patient Management System – Credit (Integrated)
d. Pharmacy Management System (Integrated)
e. Investigations & Diagnostics Management System (Integrated)
f. Md Module (Integrated)
g. HRM Module

The cost of the just above Six modules (Basic HMS) equals Rs. 55000/- (Rupees Fifty
Five Thousand Only)
2. Implementation Methodology: -

a) The installation will be done in the modular pattern i.e. installation of modules
simultaneously.
b) Customization in the software can be done before and after implementation of the
software.
c) All the major specifications have to be submitted by the client before installation
of the final software.
d) Major changes in the main menu will be considered as per the severity of the
requirement.
e) Generating the reports can be done simultaneously while implementing and even
at the usage of the software.
f) Proper implementation plan will be submitted to the assigned authority by the
hospital.
g) Proper training schedule has to be fixed before installation of the software.

3 .Terms And Conditions: -


a) 50% advance of the Order value is to be made while placing the Purchase Order,
remaining payment after completion of implementation.

b) The payment has to be made through Cheque /DD in favour of Swift


Technologies.
c) After the software installation, warranty will be provided for the period of one
year.
e) At the end of the warranty period the AMC will be charge equal to 20% of the
software cost.
f) Any type of required specifications will be accepted in the interest of Hospital and
the organization.
4. Responsibility of customer: -

a) Provide complete information of your Hardware.


b) Provide access to the updated Database for conversion in pharmacy etc.
c) List of the repots and their formats.
d) Available timings of their Employs for training.
e) Systems are to be provided as per the time mentioned in schedule.
f) A manual or other standby system is to be maintained throughout the
implementation.
g) Employees are to be available as per the timing for training.
