Neck: head nod, front roll, side-to-side, side-to-side with arm twist
Arms: across and out, arms circles, behind the head, twists
Back: side-to-side, roll front, hip circles, hip 8s
Legs: leg circles in/out, butt kickers, front kicks, calf raises, ankles and wrists
